Description

1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of the Contractor in the field of successive supply of consumables, hereinafter referred to as materials or products, for organizational units of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (excluding the Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum), intended in particular to perform tasks in the field of education, scientific activity and commercialization of the results of this activity. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract containing a quantitative summary of consumables is set out in Annex A to the FTZ, which is at the same time a form for calculating the price of the tender and a catalogue made available on the website https://www.eppendorf.com/pl-pl/, which contains a summary of consumables not included in Annex A to the FTZ and covered by the subject-matter of the contract. 2.1 By ‘Catalogue’, the Contracting Authority means the electronic catalogue of reagents and consumables available on the website https://www.eppendorf.com/pl-pl/, valid on the date of submission of tenders, covering the products included in the Contractor’s commercial offer, which he is entitled to distribute and which fall within the scope of the subject-matter of the contract.
