Description

The target of the procurement is expert services related to the condition management of the City of Lahti's infrastructure assets (streets, parks and other public areas) for the years 2025 -2029. The City of Lahti has systematically collected condition and feature data related to infrastructure asset management since 2015. At the start of the operation, the focus was on measuring the condition level of the streets. After the first measurement round has been completed, the up-to-dateness of the data has been maintained with the help of smaller measurement packages. The focus of asset management has shifted from collecting condition data to processing and utilizing it. The objective of the service agreement is to continue with the policy in line with previous activities. The selected Service Provider is expected to familiarise itself with the Customer's current condition data and draw up a plan on how to keep the data up to date with as light measurement measures as possible, utilising the possibilities of new technology. The service to be procured consists of the following elements: - Asset management expert service - Analysis of the current state - Determination of service levels - Analysis of fitness data - Justification of financing needs - Programming of implementation - Practical implementation - Recovery and storage of data More specifically, the principles and objectives pursued by the service agreement are described in the document appended to the invitation to tender describing the principles of asset management of the City of Lahti. The estimated value of the acquisition during the whole acquisition period, excluding VAT, is EUR 820 000.
