Description

The object of the procurement is expert services related to the condition management of the infrastructure assets of the City of Lahti (streets, parks and other public areas) for 2025-2029. The City of Lahti has systematically collected data on the condition and characteristics of infrastructure asset management since 2015. At the start of operations, the focus was on measuring the condition of the streets. After the completion of the first measurement round, the up-to-dateness of the data has been maintained with the help of smaller measurement entities. The focus of asset management has shifted from collecting condition data to processing and utilising it. The aim of the service contract is to continue in line with the previous activity. The selected Service Provider is expected to familiarise themselves with the Customer's current condition data and draw up a plan for keeping the data up to date with the lightest possible measurement measures utilising the possibilities of new technology.
