Description

The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for by unit prices. The purpose of this framework agreement is to enable training services to be provided in Basque or Occitan Gascony so that staff can use these languages in the course of their duties. In addition to the section indicating that the contract is the subject of a joint procedure, these are Lots 1 and 2 relating to training in the Basque language, for which a grouping of orders has been set up and for which the Communauté d'Agglomération Pays Basque has been designated as coordinator, under the conditions described in the consultation documents. Lots 3 and 4 concern only agents of the Agglomeration Community
