Preparation and conduct of the parliamentary elections 2027
The subject of the procurement is the procurement of industry-specific IT expert services under the responsibility of the Legal Register Centre related to the preparation and delivery of the parliamentary elections 2027. In addition to the agreement to be concluded, the preparation and conduct of the elections is based on the agreement between Vivicta Oy and Valtori on the continuous services of the VAT environments and the related election readiness, as well as the agreement between Vivicta Oy and the Legal Register Centre on technical support and the election readiness of the election readiness organisation. Together, these agreements and their annexes form a whole that secures the conduct of elections. The value of the acquisition for the contract period, i.e. for the preparation and conduct of the parliamentary elections, is approximately EUR 930 179.25 (VAT 0%). The procurement is governed by the Act on Public Procurement and Access Rights (1397/2016, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Procurement Act’). In addition, Valtori will provide industry-independent services for the implementation of the parliamentary elections 2027. The estimated value of these costs is EUR 607 698,00 (VAT 0%). The Legal Register Centre orders these services by separate order from Valtori, a state-owned group operator.
