Description

Het samenwerkingsverband dat invulling geeft aan deze aanbesteding voor de opdrachtgever en de aanbesteding faciliteert is de Modulaire gemeenschappelijke regeling sociaal domein Limburg-Noord (MGR). Venlo doet niet mee aan deze aanbesteding.
Ambulante hulp GGZ is een vorm van gespecialiseerde ondersteuning voor jeugdigen met diverse psychische problematiek. Het kan gaan om psychische stoornissen, psychosociale en gedragsproblematiek. Door de hulp en ondersteuning ervaart de jeugdige (en zijn of haar een vermindering van de problemen en kan regie voeren op het eigen leven/gezin. Doel is om bij het ontbreken van de eigen regie deze weer te herstellen. Er wordt aangesloten op eigen mogelijkheden en behoeften waarbij de focus ligt op het (terug) vinden van eigen kracht (voor ouders en kinderen), het leren omgaan met klachten, met de kwetsbaarheden en ontwrichting die psychische klachten met zich meebrengen.
