Description

Solar photovoltaic supply and installation located on the ground, with collective self-consumption modality, supplying the following buildings: changing rooms, nursery school, classrooms 1 and classrooms 2. The electrical power of the installation will be 144.90 kW and its estimated annual production of 243,437.79 kWh. In addition, an accumulation system with storage capacity of 285 kWh will be installed. Any mention that could be made in this Technical Specification and its Annexes, directly or indirectly to models, types or any other reference that could be related to a trademark, must be understood as being made for a purely indicative purpose in terms of characteristics and qualities, in order to facilitate the description of the articles in question. This Technical Specification defines the scope, conditions and minimum technical characteristics to be met. For the supply and planned installation will be carried out by specialized company, which have the necessary solvency indicated in the PCAP. Alternatively, this solvency may be justified by the certificate of classification of contractors in the following groups and sub-groups: Group I, Subgroup 9, Category 2 The follow-up of the work to be carried out and the necessary technical coordination of the same will be carried out by municipal technicians. This call for tenders is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of the Government of Spain definitively approved by Agreement of the Council of Ministers of 13 July 2021 on the basis of the proposal approved by the European Commission on 16 June 2021, and will be developed in accordance with the bases regulated by this same Order, on a competitive basis.
