The subject of the contract is the implementation of an investment project entitled ‘Expansion and modernisation of the Henryk Klimontowicz Specialist Hospital in Gorlice by setting up new psychiatric wards and clinics and improving accompanying and technical infrastructure’, in the ‘design and build’ formula, comprising three independent tasks (three lots): • Activity 1 – Comprehensive extension of the main building of the Hospital; • Activity 2 – Construction of a communication link (Main Building – Link – Old Hospital); • Activity 3 – Mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning in the stationary ward and day psychiatry in the Old Hospital building.
