F-Lyon: maintenance and repair of computer equipment
This consultation concerns the maintenance of computer hardware equipment servers and ancillary equipment in the Rhône-Alpes region.
2 lots are defined as follows:
lot 1: maintenance of server equipment,
lot 2: maintenance of backup robotics.
Form of the contract:
The contract is divided into several lots:
lot 1: maintenance of server equipment,
lot 2: maintenance of backup robotics.
Each lot is a separate contract.
Markets are ordinary, all-inclusive, lump-sum contracts.
Duration of the contract:
The contract is concluded for a duration of 1 year, renewable 2 times for periods of 1 year.
The contract shall start only on the date of its notification.
The renewal shall be tacit. In the event of non-renewal, a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to the Contractor no later than one month before the anniversary date (date of notification) of the contract.
In the event of non-renewal, the contractor shall remain engaged until the end of the first period of performance.
Scope and mode of consultation:
This consultation is the subject of an open invitation to tender (Articles 57 to 59 of the Public Procurement Code).
