Description

The Fürstenfeldbruck State Vocational School at the Hans-Sachs-Straße site is to be demolished and replaced by a new building.
The buildings of the Fürstenfeldbruck Vocational School, comprising one main building and four workshop buildings, were constructed in 1955 and expanded between 1979 and 1983.
The various studies carried out in recent years have proved to be uneconomical. It was decided to rebuild the vocational school at the current site. This means that new construction must be carried out in stages depending on interim solutions and partial demolitions. Day-to-day school operation is maintained in sub-sections during the construction phase.
Training is provided for commercial and medical professions, hairdressers, car-machatronists, IT, electrical and metal professions.
The vocational school’s room programme provides for an eligible area of approximately 6 200 m² for new construction. Planning must take account of the fluid shift between practical and theoretical instruction, both of which are to take place in the same room. This requires so-called ‘Integrated Technical Rooms’.
It is not known that there are uncertainties in relation to, inter alia, release. The permissible level of structural use still needs to be clarified with the city of Fürstenfeldbruck. The land has been developed and a district heating connection is available. The pupils of the nearby FOS/BOS use part of the workshops.
The services to be awarded are to be provided on the basis of the present feasibility study.
This will be sent to pre-qualified candidates with the invitation to tender.
The services required for this overall construction measure as part of the building and indoor spatial planning, performance phase 2 (partially) and service phases 3-9 pursuant to Sections 33 et seq. HOAI are awarded by means of this call for tenders. The services will be contracted on a step-by-step basis.
Initially, performance phase 2 (pre-planning (partially)) and performance phases 3 + 4 (draft planning and approval planning) will be commissioned in accordance with § 34 HOAI. There is no legal right to be entrusted with further stages of the service or to be entrusted as a whole.
