Description

la présente consultation a pour objet la préparation de modulaires, leur pose, leur location temporaire et leur dépose, pour la cantine scolaire provisoire destinée à l'accueil des élèves des écoles Joliot-Curie - charles Perrault et Jules Ferry, le temps des travaux de construction du restaurant scolaire.Ces locaux auront vocation à accueillir un public journalier sur la pause méridienne (de 11h30 à 13h30) composé de :-Environ 220 maternels sur deux services avec service à table : les chariots de cantine doivent pouvoir circuler entre les tables-environ 400 élémentaires en flux continu en self-service-environ 40 personnes comprenant les enseignants, les personnels d'encadrement et d'animation, en self-service pour la moitié et en service à table maternel pour l'autre moitié.Il s'agit donc de livrer environ 660 repas par jour en 5 composantes et les goûters
