The subject matter of the procurement is the development and implementation of a new Tax Stamp information system intended for the generation and management of identification numbers, the management of proceedings as well as the management of persons authorised to act for the customer of tax stamps, the ordering and collection of tax stamps and the communication of data to the customer of tax stamps, which meets the prerequisites for its integration with other information systems of the Financial Administration, with the Registry Code in accordance with the provision of tax administration and with the requirements of the e-Government Act, including modifications to ensure system maintenance and technical support of the system in question (‘the subject matter of the contract’).
