Description

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of a system primarily using modern communication technologies in the form of 5G networks, ensuring a timely, safe and accessible service for the passage of IRS vehicles consisting of 10 vehicles of the Fire Rescue Service, 5 vehicles of the Emergency Medical Service of the Central Bohemian Region, 10 vehicles of the Municipal Police of Kladno (of which 1 vehicle for testing at selected intersections in the city of Kladno). The aim of the proposed measures is, through modern telematic traffic management systems and 5G communications, to optimize the course of signal plans of light-signalling devices, ensuring preferential passage of IRS vehicles. This solution will not only ensure the actual reduction of driving times to the point of intervention, but will also contribute to increasing the safety of all road users, as crossings at intersections to the stop – red signal will be eliminated.
