Description

Vesign HF and VUC S/I have decided to construct a new school of approximately 2 600 m² on the corner of Tårnvej and Egegårdsvej in Rødovre. The contract will be awarded in the main contract.
This is the construction of a modern school building for adult education. The new construction is carried out as a cubic volume with open entrance façades towards Tårnvej and Egegårdsvej. The building is to be built on 5 floors, where the top floor consists of an open roofing class, staircase/technical towers and a larger skylight window. The building must also have an open atrium in the centre, which extends from the skylight window to the other floors, where each floor has open common spaces towards this atrium. The façades will appear to be of an open nature with looted and varnished aluminium lambs mounted on the concrete walls of the house.
The developer expects new construction of very high quality.
