Description

The contract concerns joint procurement for the gas needs of commercial and residential properties owned or managed by Wohnbau Mainz GmbH, a municipal housing company. A gas delivery including processing of the network usage, reading, billing (full supply contract / all inclusive contract) is required for all current and in the course of the reference year additional acceptance points. Derived from the ratios in 2024, the volume is 34.8 GWh/a, spread over 276 acceptance points (see Annexes 1 and 2). • 269 SLP outlets with a consumption of approx. 28 GWh per year. The average consumption of SLP jobs is therefore 0.1 GWh/job/year. • In addition, 7 RLM jobs consume approximately 6.7 GWh/year. On average, RLM jobs decrease by 0.96 GWh/job/year. All acceptance points are located at the Mainz site / in the network area of Stadtwerke Mainz. The sourced gas is used for heat supply. Incomings and outgoings of a few percent per delivery year are possible. The entrances will predominate. Start of delivery: 01.01.2026 End of delivery: 31.12.2027 (2x option for extension a 1 year)
