Αντικείμενο της παρούσας σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών για την εκτέλεση του έργου "Μελέτες και ανάπτυξη νομοθετικού πλαισίου, πλαίσιο για την ανακατανομή των αρμοδιοτήτων και των υπηρεσιών στα διάφορα επίπεδα διακυβέρνησης", όπως αυτές περιγράφονται αναλυτικά στο Παράρτημα Ι της Διακήρυξης και προσδιορίζονται περαιτέρω στην τεχνική προσφορά του αναδόχου, η οποία αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο μέρος της παρούσας σύμβασης .
Ο Ανάδοχος υποχρεούται να ολοκληρώσει το αντικείμενο της σύμβασης προσηκόντως και εντέχνως απαλλαγμένο ελαττωμάτων (πραγματικών και νομικών) και με όλες τις συνομολογημένες ιδιότητες.
