The four-year research assignment is part of the research programme "Quality of training and career entry/development" in the field of nursing education and the nursing profession. Against the background of the generalist nursing training introduced since 2020 under the Nursing Professions Act (PflBG), there are now first cohorts of absolute graduates whose transition to the labour market as well as their early professional development trajectories can be empirically examined.
