Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i sukcesywne dostawy produktów leczniczych stosowanych w chemioterapii dla Apteki Szpitalnej w podziale na następujące części:
PAKIET 1 - DOXORUBICINI HYDROCHLORIDUM
PAKIET 2 – DOXORUBICINI HYDROCHLORIDUM w pegylowanych liposomach
PAKIET 3 - NETUPITANTUM + PALONOSETRONUM
PAKIET 4 – ONDANSETRONUM
Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w formularzach asortymentowo-cenowych stanowiących załączniki nr 1 do SWZ.
Wykonawca może zaoferować produkty dopuszczone do obrotu na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej – zgodnie z wymogami ustawy z dnia 6 września 2001 r. Prawo Farmaceutyczne (Dz.U. z 2022 r., poz. 2301)
