Description

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts under § 130a(8) SGB V for the active substances enoxaparin (ATC code B01AB05), octreotide (ATC code H01CB02), ulvestrant (ATC code L02BA03), Fusidic acid (ATC code D06AX01), Macrogol (medicine, ATC code A06AD65), Pyridostigmin (ATC code N07AA02), lipegfilgrastim (ATC code L03AA14) and Olodaterol+Tiotropium (ATC code R03AL06) in the context of an open-house process. Under standard contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure, all appropriate and interested pharmaceutical undertakings or groups of pharmaceutical undertakings shall be offered the conclusion of a discount agreement pursuant to Paragraph 130a(8) of the SGB V for those active ingredients.
The earliest contract start date is 01/03/2019. On this basis, the maximum duration of the contract will be 24 months.
