This is a service contract. This contract takes a mixed form. It includes: - An ordinary part, remunerated by a flat-rate price on the basis of the Decomposition of the Global Flat-rate Price. - A part executed in the form of a framework agreement by issuing order forms pursuant to Articles R2162-2, R2162-4, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
