Description

1. The subject of the contract is: Disposable kits/plates with reagents for identification of microorganisms by mass spectrometry to the MS Vitek spectrometer owned by the Ordering Party for the Department of Clinical Microbiology for a period of 36 months for the Provincial Specialist Hospital NMP in Częstochowa. 2. The description of the subject of the contract was included in the assortment and price forms, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The other conditions relating to the performance of the contract are set out in Annex No 6 to the SWZ, which constitutes the model contract. 3. Reasons for not dividing the contract into lots: The subject matter of the contract is not divided for organisational, technical, technological and economic reasons and rational spending of public funds. Dividing the contract into lots would risk restricting competition or excessive technical difficulties and costs of performing the contract, as well as the need to coordinate the actions of the different contractors performing the various elements of the contract. In addition, there would be a risk of not performing the full scope of the contract. The Ordering Party has done market research and this type of orders are dealt with by companies specialized in this direction. 4.
