If, for any reason, obtaining/approving the financing of the works from funds from the State budget and/or non-reimbursable European funds is not carried out, the Contracting Entity shall apply the provisions of the second sentence of Article 225(1)(c) of Law No 99/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, making it impossible to conclude the sectoral procurement contract. The Contracting Entity expects to obtain the necessary financing for the signature of the contract within 12 months of the approval of the report of the procedure.
