Description

The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. The services are paid for by unit and flat-rate prices. Estimated amounts are indicative and include options (similar benefits and renewals). The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. This consultation concerns the choice of the provider in charge of the treatment of leachates via the operation of the treatment plant present on site of the Non-Hazardous Waste Storage Facility (ISDND) of the Syndicat Centre Hérault (SCH) located in Soumont. The annual leachate volume to be treated is estimated at 11 000 m3 (average over the period 2009-2019). However, this estimate is likely to change depending on the operational phases of the site and the annual rainfall.
