Description

Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist die Bereitstellung und der Betrieb einer cloudbasierten Telefonanlage einschließlich Wartung und technischer Support und deren Implementierung in den Betrieb des Auftraggebers (AG). Auf Abruf: Lizenzerweiterungen, Schulungs-, Beratungs- und sonstige technische Dienstleistungen & Lieferung von Telefongeräten. Die Anbindung an den aktuellen Carrier ist zwingend notwendig. Es soll keine Rufnummernportierung stattfinden. Das ZALF betreibt aktuell eine klassische HW-Telefonanlage, die selbst gehostet wird. Die klassische Telefonanlage stößt an ihre Grenzen hinsichtlich moderner Telefonie wie Softphone-Funktionalität oder Apps. Auch sollen keine zentralen Infrastruktur-Komponenten mehr selbst betrieben werden. Daher soll eine skalierbare Cloud-Telefonanalage beschafft werden. Die Anbindung an das öffentliche Telefonnetz erfolgt zurzeit über einen durch das DFN (Deutsches Forschungsnetz) bereit gestellten SIP-Trunk.
