Description

The City of Copenhagen (hereinafter KK) plans to conduct a public tender for KK's framework agreement on floor cleaning machines in the spring/summer of 2025. In the upcoming tender, KK wishes to obtain tenders for floor cleaning machines divided into walk-behind models and ride-on models, as well as scouring machines. It is intended to divide the framework agreement into two lots with walk-behind scrubbers and scrubbers on lot 1 and ride-on scrubbers on lot 2.Tenderers may submit tenders for both lots and may also be awarded both. Each partial agreement is an exclusive supply agreement. The framework agreement will run for 4 years without an option to extend and with a notice period of 6 months.In relation to consultation of the material, KK has attached a draft technical specification of the requested services, as well as a draft tender list.As regards the technical specification, KK would like general input from the market on how to ensure sustainable and market-conforming requirements for the services. In addition, KK would particularly like input on the following:- Quality requirements for the floor cleaning machines, cf. point 2.3 below, whether they are supplied with chargers as standard equipment.- Quality requirements for the floorron parts, cf. point 2.4, including on industry standards for coordination of hardness and colours.- Realistic requirements for service and repair, cf. point 2.5.As regards the tender list, KK would like input on whether it is adequate in relation to accessories for the machines within the categories specified, cf. the tender list and point 2.3 of the technical specification.Hearing answers are requested by Monday 31 March 2025 at the latest.
