Description

The purpose of this invitation to tender is to further professionalise the maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations. The framework contract to be concluded covers both preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance. In addition, the replacement and construction of new installations after consultation with the contracting authority also falls within the scope of the contract and must be offered by separate tender.
The purpose of the invitation to tender is to conclude a framework contract with one (1) contractor. The initial duration of the framework agreement is two (2) years. The contracting authority shall have the right to extend the framework agreement twice for a period of one year under constant terms and conditions. If the contracting authority does not wish to make use of the extension option, it shall inform the successful tenderer in writing no later than six months before the end of the current period.
