Description

The Winner Bidders (as Traders) of a tender procedure consisting of five lots are responsible for long-term wholesale electricity products (hereinafter: the supply of electricity or electricity products) to Joint Contracting Parties (as Buyers) for the period of use between 1 January 2026 00:00 and 31 December 2027 24:00, or the supply of these electricity products to the responsible balance group of the Balance Group under a contract to be concluded as a result of a separate procurement procedure to be conducted by the Joint Contracting Parties. The subject-matter procurement procedure consists of five lots – the Public Procurement Act. It is intended to conclude a framework agreement within the meaning of Article 105(1)(a). Tendering procedure in question – during the period of use indicated above – for a total amount of 2 500 GWh of electricity (for 2026: 1250 GWh; For 2027: 1250 GWh) in five procurement lots [Public procurement lot 1 (Package A)/2 (Package B)/3 (Package C)/4 (Package D)/5 (Package E)], equal to each procurement lot, in a maximum quantity of 500-500 GWh. Joint contracting authorities shall jointly undertake to draw down and receive 100-100 GWh of electricity products per public procurement lot during the period of use. The procurement of electricity products in this public procurement procedure is based on a partial supply in the framework of five Framework Agreements (commercial contracts).
