Description

The subject of the contract is:the supply of up to 630 m³ of diesel. The subject-matter of the contract should correspond to the parameters set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 9 December 2008 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e.: Journal of Laws 2013, item 1058).
Delivery of the subject-matter of the contract for a total quantity of up to 630 m³, according to the needs of the contracting authority exco base of the municipal agency in Brzeszcz, at the exclusive cost of the Contractor, including:
within 12 months of signing the contract – 210 m³
during the following 12 months – 210 m³
in the last 12 months – 210 m³
Single delivery of the subject-matter of the contract in lots from 2 to 10 m³.
Delivery of the subject-matter of the contract to the Contractor’s own means of transport. All the Contractor’s means of transport shall be equipped with a validated measuring device specifying the quantity of gas oil in litres producing a printout of the measurement result and meeting the technical conditions for its use in the transport of liquid fuels.
Delivery of the subject-matter of the contract within 48 hours of the submission of a telephone, fax or written demand.
