Description

The subject of the contract is the "Supply of air-conditioned dome". It concerns the supply and installation of an air-supported canopy in an area owned by the Municipality of Fyli and specifically in the City Park of Ano Liosia. The space and sports equipment to be installed shall comply with the applicable requirements of the Secretariat-General for Sport. The study foresees the following: Supply of the dome and construction works of the required infrastructure of the stadium: • Supply, installation and installation of the required equipment and other materials for the construction of an air-supported dome housing sports activities, to cover the basketball court, which includes: the canopy system consisting of the double membrane and its anchorage system, the ventilation heating unit, the cooling ventilation system, the emergency ventilation unit, the central revolving entrance door and the two emergency exit doors, a sports lighting system as well as the supply and installation of a smart dome to monitor the safe operation of the air-supported canopy. • Earthworks for the configuration of the area of the stadium, which include general excavations and remediation works, and excavation of foundations for the construction of the perimeter wall of the base of the dome. A layer of sand/blasts of variable thickness will be constructed by appropriate means. • Concrete: On site will be constructed the perimeter anchoring wall of the dome and concrete slab for the seating of the stadium on which the wooden sports floor will be constructed as described in the invoice of the study. It should be noted that the perimeter anchoring wall of the dome as well as the base plate of the stadium will be constructed according to the static design that the contractor will be required to provide with the signature of the contract. • Rehabilitation of the surrounding area at the points of intervention. The services provided are classified under the following codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV 37410000-5 Outdoor sports equipment, 44114100-3 Ready-made concrete, 44176000-4 Membranes, 44112200-0 Floor coverings. The unit prices for each item listed in the indicative budget of the service study were estimated on the basis of the free trade market survey and taking into account relevant tenders conducted in previous years. The above procurement will be carried out by conducting a public electronic tender above the thresholds and on the basis of the award criterion of the most economically advantageous tender, based on a price in accordance with the provisions of Law 4412/2016 as amended and in force, for all the items to be procured. This procurement is not subdivided into lots. Tenders shall be submitted for all the above items and in accordance with the detailed conditions described in study No 166/2025 of the service. The indicative budget for the above fee amounts to €470.803,20, including VAT (Budget excluding VAT €379,680.00 + VAT 24% €91.123,20 = €470.803,20). The duration of the contract is twelve (12) months. The contracting authority may, with reasons and after consulting the competent tendering committee, award the contract for a total or greater or lesser quantity of goods than that specified in the service design tables annexed to this contract notice and/or for materials not provided for in the service design of this contract notice, but their supply is deemed necessary for exceptional or unforeseen cases, at a rate of twenty per cent (20%) depending on needs. A detailed description of the physical and financial object of the contract is given in ANNEX I to this notice and in study No 166/2025 of the service. The contract may be amended during its duration, without the need for a new procurement procedure, only in accordance with the terms and conditions of Article 132 of Law 4412/2016 and following the opinion of the competent department or otherwise of the department designated by decision of the AA. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender, on the basis of price.
