Description

Tenderers are hereby invited to a market survey in connection with the planned procurement 2025/44598 for the procurement of a disposable cystoscope to the Urological Outpatient Clinic at Helse Stavanger HF. The market survey is a part of the preliminary work for the procurement and carried out because the Contracting Authority wants to map the market and get input for the procurement from potential suppliers, possibly also from other interested parties. As a part of this process, suppliers are invited by a one-time cytoscope to provide input for the procurement and information on what can be offered. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of a disposable cytoscope (also called consumables) for the Urological Outpatients Clinic at Helse Stavanger HF. As a part of the framework agreement, tenderers shall lend 3 camera processors/light sources in the contract period without extra cost. The loan is financed by the procurement of a single-use cystoscope. The contracting authority has estimated the consumption to be 700 disposable cytoscopes per annum. The maximum scope is 1,000 per annum. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The deadline for responding to the market survey is Thursday 25.09.2025.Submit information requested under the point Input from interested parties via the Mercell communication module. The file format for the reply, including annexes, should be Word, PDF or Excel. The annexes shall be clearly marked. The contracting authority will review the replies in writing after the deadline expires. If the Contracting Authority sees a need for it, a dialogue could be relevant via the Mercell communication module.
