Description

Предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е избирането на изпълнител, притежаващ професионална квалификация и практически опит в упражняването на консултантски услуги по смисъла на чл. 166, ал. 1, т. 1 от ЗУТ, а именно оценка на съответствието на инвестиционния проект с основните изисквания към строежите, упражняване на строителен надзор за гарантиране законосъобразното изпълнение на строителнo - монтажните работи, упражняване на инвеститорки контрол, включително изпълнение функциите на координатор по безопасност и здраве, изготвяне на окончателен доклад и технически паспорт във връзка с въвеждането в експлоатация на обект: „Закрит плувен басейн“ в поземлен имот №77195.31.53, УПИ I, кв. 901 по плана на гр. Хасково“.
Изпълнителят носи отговорност за дейностите и задълженията му като участник в строителния процес, регламентиран в чл.166 и чл.168 от ЗУТ.
