Predmetom zákazky je obstaranie služby platby za dočasné parkovacie oprávnenie (parkovací lístok) prostredníctvom SMS v regulovaných zónach parkovania Hlavného mesta SR Bratislavy. Úspešný uchádzač prevezme úlohu integrátora, ktorý zastreší všetkých operátorov mobilných sietí pôsobiacich na území Slovenska. Súčasťou riešenia bude okamžité zapisovanie parkovacích oprávnení (parkovacích lístkov) do systému obstarávateľa formou REST API. Službu bude môcť zákazník využiť bez registrácie.
