Description

The municipality has the objective to carry out cleaning activities in the outdoor area for clean, green and gray more effectively and efficiently, so that the image quality in the city further improves. To achieve this goal, we want to use smart, mobile camera technology. This technology acts as a foresight by monitoring the city on a regular or variable basis and recognizing work carried out or required. This concerns, for example, different forms of (stray) waste and other types of waste in the public space (for example, placements). The recognized activities are translated into data, which then serves as input for the preparation of the division of work and execution planning in the different areas and vehicles. These images must be converted into data on the spot and directly (i.e. in the vehicle / on the bicycle). With these data, the implementation can be directed to locations where pollution has actually been found Expected size of the framework agreement The municipality expects to decrease an expected total value of € 1,200,000 over the entire duration (maximum 4 years) of the framework agreement. This amounts to an annual expected value of € 300,000,- Maximum size (or: limit) of the framework agreement The maximum total value over the entire term (maximum 4 years) of the framework agreement is € 1,800,000. This amounts to a maximum annual value of € 450,000. As soon as the maximum amount is reached, the framework agreement ends automatically. You cannot derive any rights from these values.
