Description

As part of the PRU for courtilisers, the city of Pantin has planned to provide central cultural equipment for all the inhabitants of the Courtilage district (approximately 6 000 inhabitants).
The project, which is the subject of this mission, includes the construction of a library and a distribution room, the needs of which are currently estimated to be approximately 1 100 m² of useful floor space. Construction of a building in the PRU master plan of the Courtilisers whose needs are now estimated to be 619 m² for a library, 201 m² for the ludotheque, 285 square metres for a 120-seat distribution area, 218 square metres for shared reception comprising a bar area, 61 square metres for rooms reserved for security guards working on the park, including a public toilet on the outside.
