Description

This works contract concerns the energy renovation of the envelope and certain techniques of a teaching building forming part of a larger complex known as ‘Campus du CERIA’, located at Avenue Emile Gryson 1 in 1070 Anderlecht. This contract concerns the building known as ‘Building 10’ and its immediate surroundings, located at Sentier de la Drève 2, 1070 Anderlecht. This building houses, in particular, the Institut Meurice, which is part of the Haute Ecole Lucia de Brouckère; the building is fully occupied. The building includes teaching and research facilities and offices for the Institute. Other users also occupy the building for strictly professional purposes without omitting the presence of the concierge (and his/her accommodation). Building 10 is located on the edge of campus, namely at the crossroads of the Sentier de la Drève and the Chaussée de Mons. The tenderer's attention is also drawn to the fact that the building will remain in operation throughout the execution of the works and the tenderer acknowledges that this imposition is well known to him and that he was able to conclude all the interdependencies for him and his work until the end of his intervention. Expectations vis-à-vis the contractor who will carry out the works include: • pay attention during the construction site to the continuous presence of building users; • pay close attention to safety by not leaving accessible equipment or creating impassable obstacles for users of the site; • ensure the continued operation of technical equipment in all premises and particularly in laboratories (energy, water, heating, CO2, etc.) • properly partition the site and caulk to limit the dispersion of dust when applicable; This works contract will not be awarded. However, this contract will be subdivided into three tranches (2 farms and one conditional). For this purpose, the reader is invited to browse through section II.7 of this document. Place of performance in practice: At the crossroads of the Drève Trail and the Chaussée de Mons, 1070 Anderlecht Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
