Description

Beim Auftrag handelt es sich um eine Rahmenvereinbarung. Diese umfassen Planungsleistungen/Leistungsbilder gem. HOAI 2021, Anhang 1, Pkt. 1.2 Bauphysik, sowie in Anlehnung an die AHO Hefte Nr. 23 und 44. In der Rahmenvereinbarung sind die Leistungsphasen 2-8 zu erbringen. (Aufgrund von Eigenleistungen in Teilbereichen auch Wegfall von Grundleistungen bzw. Teilleistungen von Grundleistungen). Neben Grundleistungen sind auch besondere Leistungen zu erbringen. Es sind verschiedene Objekte aus der Anlage 1, Pkt. 1.2 HOAI 2021 und Objekte aus der Anlage 10, Pkt. 10.2 HOAI 2021 enthalten.
