Description

Gesundheitsakademie St Georg / Haus 06, Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH, Delitzscher Straße 141, 04129 Leipzig. Das Klinikum St. Georg beabsichtigt den Umbau eines Bettenhauses (Haus 6) am Standort Eutritzsch zur Gesundheitsakademie "St. Georg" als medizinisches Berufs- und Bildungszentrum. Das Gebäude wurde 1913 fertiggestellt. Es ist Teil eines Flächendenkmals und verfügt über fünf Regelgeschosse. Das Gebäude wurde letztmalig in den 1970er Jahren grundlegen saniert und mit einem zweigeschossigen Anbau erweitert. Für die beabsichtigte Umnutzung ist das Gebäude grundlegend zu sanieren und innerhalb des bestehenden statischen Systems für den vorgesehenen Zweck umzubauen. Das Baufeld befindet sich im rückwärtigen Teil des Klinikums.
