Description

Paragraph 130a(8) of the SGB V allows health insurance funds (KK) and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework rebate agreements for the medicinal products to be supplied at the expense of the statutory KK. GWQ operates as a company for economic viability and quality at KK in accordance with the fifth sentence of Paragraph 130a(8) of the SGB V for its shareholder and customer funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions on public procurement, a regular process of active-related, formal procurement procedures are carried out by GWQ ServicePlus AG in accordance with the rules of Part 4 of the GWB. By the time of entry into force, GWQ would like to enter into open-house pharmaceutical discount agreements with all interested pharmaceutical companies as preparations for, inter alia, active ingredients. The earliest contract starts on 01/06/2018.
