Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia budowa budynku Międzywydziałowego Centrum Dydaktyki nr 3 Pomorskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Szczecinie wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną i zagospodarowaniem terenu przy placu Polskiego Czerwonego Krzyża w Szczecinie oraz uzyskanie wymaganych przepisami prawa decyzji administracyjnych, w tym decyzji o pozwoleniu na użytkowanie.
2. Szczegółowy opis, zakres przedmiotu zamówienia i kolejność wykonywania prac, określa załączona do SIWZ pełnobranżowa dokumentacja projektowa, zwana „dokumentacją projektową,” która stanowi jej integralną część.
3. Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać zgodnie z dokumentacją projektową, a także zgodnie z zasadami sztuki budowlanej oraz obowiązującymi w tym zakresie przepisami.
4. Wszystkie standardy jakościowe związane z realizacją przedmiotu zamówienia zostały opisane w dokumentacji projektowej.
5. Szczegółowe warunki realizacji zamówienia i opis zamówienia zawiera SIWZ i jej załączniki, w szczególności wzór umowy.
