Description

The purpose of this public service contract is to appoint a Project Manager (PM) & Construction Manager (CM) team to oversee the studies and implementation of the project for Vivalia’s new hospital, CHR Centre-Sud, on the Houdemont site. Including the motorway interchange, the treatment plant, the various items of medico-technical equipment and furniture, as well as the various removals until the site is actually put into operation, in accordance with the budget and the deadlines specified below.
