1. The subject of the contract is: Supply of sewing materials and medical devices for the District Hospital in Radomsko. 2. The subject of the contract was divided into 19 lots/tasks. 3. The detailed scope of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Assortment and Pricing Form. It is required to meet all the conditions recorded in the assortment and price form.
