Lot 1: ‘Subscription service and servicing of OCE Varioprint 6180 Titan, Canon Imiagerpress C8001, Canon IR Advance 2020i, Canon IR 25201, FQY 40301, Canon IRA DX 4935i-2 6p’ Canon IR Advance C9060 for the needs of Printing House-UNCS Unit Lot 2: Rental and technical support under the conditions of full servicing of printing equipment for the needs of UNWE - is assigned separately on the grounds of Art. 20, para. 4 of PPA, in conjunction with Art. 21, para. 6 of PPA. Lot 2 is assigned separately on the basis of Article 20(4) of the Public Procurement Act, in conjunction with Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act. . According to Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, contracting entities may award lots in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective lot does not exceed BGN 156 464 for supplies and services and BGN 1 000 000 for works, and the total estimated value of the lots awarded in this way does not exceed 20 % (twenty per cent) of the total estimated value of the contract. In such cases, irrespective of the residual value of the contract, it shall be awarded in the order applicable to the total estimated value of the whole contract.
