Description

Financial years 2026 to 2031 (CRPN and SCI Eole) Financial years 2026 to 2028 (Loc Inter Immobilier) The purpose of this contract is to appoint the full auditor and the alternate auditor for CRPNPAC and two of its subsidiaries (SA Loc Inter Immobilier and SCI Eole) for the following accounting years: • CRPNPAC and SCI Eole: six (6) financial years, from 2026 to 2031 inclusive, in accordance with Article L. 821-44 of the French Commercial Code; • SA Loc Inter Immobilier: three (3) fiscal years, from 2026 to 2028 inclusive, the entity does not meet the mandatory designation thresholds provided for in Article L. 821-37 of the French Commercial Code. The services cover two distinct sets: • tasks relating to the statutory audit and certification of accounts (Article 5.2 of the CCTP), paid on a flat-rate basis; • specific one-off missions (Article 5.3 of the CCTP), remunerated on the basis of a unit price schedule. The detailed description of the services expected and their technical specifications are specified in the Specific Technical Clauses (STC).
