1.The subject of the order is a comprehensive service of cleaning and maintaining constant cleanliness during the daytime in office rooms, sanitary rooms and communication routes: in the building of the West Pomeranian Voivodship Office in Szczecin, in the building of the West Pomeranian Delegation of the Voivodship Office in Koszalin, and in the premises rented by the West Pomeranian Voivodship for the border services operating at the Szczecin-Port and Świnoujście border crossing points together with the areas adjacent to these buildings. A detailed description and the manner of performance of the contract includes a description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting annexes No: 8A and 8B and 8C and 8D to SWZ. 2.Requirements related to the performance of the contract in terms of employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the activities specified by the Ordering Party in terms of the performance of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. Labour Code (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1465) include the following types of activities: 1) performing manual cleaning activities in buildings such as: washing by, sweeping by, vacuuming carpets, washing toilets, washing windows, replacing toilet paper, putting on garbage bags, refilling soap in dispensers, etc.; 2) keeping records of toilet cleanliness checks, reporting any technical defects requiring repairs; 3) cleaning - sweeping/snow-cleaning of external areas into the building and removal of impurities from the areas adjacent to the buildings. 4.The Ordering Party shall specify additional requirements related to the employment of persons referred to in Art. 2(2)(e) of the PPL Act. 5.The Ordering Party requires that they be employed to perform the contract, at least: 2 persons with disabilities on the basis of employment contracts, throughout the period of provision of the service for Part I and Part II; 1 person with a disability on the basis of employment contracts, throughout the period of provision of the service for Part III and for Part IV. 6.The detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement on the basis of an employment relationship and the rules for documenting the employment of disabled persons on the basis of a work contract and the control of this obligation by the Employer and the penalties provided for in this respect are set out in the model contract constituting Annexes No 7A and No 7B and No 7C and No 7D to the SWZ (respectively for a given lot of the contract).
