Description

Open tender procedure subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 and L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for by unit and flat-rate prices. The framework agreement shall be concluded for an initial period of 1 year from 11 August 2025 or from the date of notification of the contract, whichever is the later. It is tacitly renewable 3 times per period of one year
