Description

The local authority wishes to entrust a Delegatee with the exclusive responsibility of ensuring at its own risk the management and continuity of the public drinking water distribution service within the delegation area and in particular the management and operation of the Prés Paris pipeline, the production, transport, distribution of drinking water and management of the users' service, with the exception of: - The wholesale production of drinking water from the Jovets water decarbonisation plant with the Prés Paris pumping station, - The operation, maintenance and renewal of the equipment of the Prés Paris pumping station in the municipality of Marignier. The delegation includes the management of all works necessary for the performance of the delegated service, existing on the date of signature of the contract or which will be carried out within the delegated scope. The service includes 2,196 subscribers (data from 2024) as well as a 51 km network line. The purpose of the delegation relating to drinking water, the concession is passed according to the lighter procedure, (Article R.3126-1 2° a) of the Public Order Code), regardless of its amount
