1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a zero-emission electric bus, powered by a battery of a cat. M3 - BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle), a brand new low-floor city bus. 2. train 13 people to operate buses as part of the following tasks: 2.1. in the service of 4 drivers, 2.2. in the service and repair of buses 6 technical staff, 2.3. a minimum of 3 technical staff in the service of passenger information systems. The contracting authority will exercise its power under Article 139 of the Act, first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make a qualitative selection of the contractor whose tender has been the highest rated, as regards the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure. Before selecting the most advantageous tender, it shall invite the contractor whose tender has been the highest rated to submit within a specified period, which shall not be less than 10 days, valid on the date of submission of the subjective evidence.
