Bus services for Aalborg University
With this tender, the contracting entity wishes to obtain access to bus services from the university's locations for various activities of varying scope, such as study and rust clocks, company visits, study internships, de-de-linguistic seminars, study start, etc. The main share of driving will take place on weekdays during normal working hours, but driving may occur on weekends. It is crucial that an agreement is concluded that both favours an attractive price while achieving a high quality, including sustainable initiatives by the supplier. Sustainability aspects are included in the selected award criteria. A partial agreement is concluded with one supplier for each campus, i.e. three separate partial agreements for Aalborg, Esbjerg and Copenhagen respectively. Each lot is exclusive, and the booking of bus services will therefore in principle be done by the supplier, who will conclude an agreement, unless the supplier in the specific case cannot deliver the desired service. All the services in the tender must be carried out in full compliance with Danish legislation. The agreement will enter into force on 1 March 2025 and will run for 3 years thereafter, with the possibility of an extension for another year.
