Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 100 brand new C-segment vehicles in the police marked version and 20 brand new unmarked vehicles with increased technical parameters in the police RD-VIDEO version, hereinafter referred to as the vehicle or vehicles. 2. The contracting authority allows tenders to be submitted divided into two tasks: 1) Task 1 – Purchase of police-designated hybrid C-segment cars; 2) Task 2 – Purchase of unmarked police cars with increased technical parameters equipped with a video recorder. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Chapter I. XIX-XIX SWZ and Annex 5-5A to SWZ (as appropriate to the task). 4. The Contracting Authority allows the performance of part of the contract to be entrusted to a Subcontractor. 5. The Contracting Authority requests that the Contractor indicate in the tender the parts of the contract which it will entrust to Subcontractors and indicate the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known. 6. In accordance with Art. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2016. The Contracting Authority informs that: 1) the administrator of your personal data is the Capital Commander of the Police; 2) supervision over the correct processing of personal data is exercised by the personal data protection officer: address: ul.
