Description

Deze opdracht betreft een overheidsopdracht met een geraamde waarde van € 400.000,- inclusief BTW. De scope van de opdracht: De aard van de opdracht betreft het leveren van kantoorartikelen aan de medewerkers (bestellers) van de 37 locaties van de Aanbestedende dienst. Het gaat hierbij om artikelen die vallen binnen de volgende artikelgroepen: Schrijf- en notitieblokken, gekleurd papier; Bureauaccessoires; Hechtmiddelen en toebehoren; Ordners, mappen, ringbanden en toebehoren; Schrijfwaren en toebehoren; Postverwerking en verpakking; Batterijen; Agenda’s (met uitzondering van leerlingagenda’s zoals Plenda) en kalenders; Toners en cartridges, met uitzondering van de printers die vallen onder de aanbesteding multifunctionals van huidige leverancier (Sharp); Presentatiemiddelen. Buiten scope valt: Producten die Aanbestedende dienst reeds in andere contracten heeft gecontracteerd vallen buiten deze Opdracht, hierbij valt te denken aan artikelen zoals: promotieartikelen, briefpapier, gereedschap, computers en randapparatuur, audio visuele middelen, print- en kopieerpapier, facilitaire (schoonmaak-) producten en kantoormeubilair. CVO is niet gehouden om ook daadwerkelijk nadere opdrachten te plaatsen bij de Opdrachtnemer. Opdrachtnemer krijgt wel exclusiviteit van leveren.
