The general objective to which the procurement of these services contributes is the provision of all technical design services and the execution of all the works identified in DALI and includes: 1. Technical design and technical assistance services from the designer: Drawing up the technical project, in accordance with the provisions of GD 907/2016, based on the solutions designed for the DALI phase, the phases: DTAD, DTAC, PTh, CS, DE, DTOE, Occupational Health and Safety Plan, As-built documentation, provision of technical assistance by the designer. The design services also include the necessary documentation for the demolition of the constructions located in the extension areas and any other studies / documentation necessary for the realization of the drilled wells. The designer will update the cadastral documentation after expropriations. Considering that the project is subject to urban regeneration, for the delimitation of the park the designer will carry out a study developed by certified specialists in the field of urban planning (PUD), according to GEO 183/2022 on the establishment of measures for the financing of urban regeneration projects. 2.
